The
villa consists of:

fire-place, Tv and telephone. Kitchen and dining-room
equipped with electric oven, fridge and dish-washer;
small bathroom with shower, study and double sleeper-sofa.A
rustic kitchen with direct access to the garden and
the swimming-pool is entered going down a few steps.
First
floor:
two double-bedrooms, bedroom with two single
beds, bathroom with bath-tub. A third bedroom with bathroom
with shower and direct access to the large panoramic
terrace is accessed climbing a few steps.
The
villa has an independent heating system and can thus
also be used during the winter.
